To begin, we provide you with application links, resources, and essential information to help you begin your journey towards approval for the Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP).

Approval & Plan Launch

Upon receiving approval from the CDAP team, our expert plan creation team at Zap Media will initiate the onboarding process and commence developing your bespoke Digital Adoption Plan.

Plan Completion & Review

After completing the Digital Adoption Plan, we'll schedule a meeting to meticulously review each element, ensuring it not only meets but exceeds your expectations.

BDC Upload, Payment, Next Steps

Lastly, once you submit the finalized plan to BDC, they will evaluate it and, within 30 days, issue grant payments covering 90% of the plan's cost. This enables you to apply for the 0% interest BDC loan up to $100,000 and the $7,300 wage subsidy to hire new talent.
